With her wand broken, Shuriki's powers are destroyed and she ages into an old woman. Elena then assumes the throne of Avalor, to the joy of all the Avalorians. He then proceeds to tell Sofia the story of Princess Elena. As the story goes, Elena chose to face Shuriki on her own. Sofia goes to her family and convinces them they should spend their vacation in the Avalor. Three children become superheroes at night. Once it hits the ground, Princess Elena appears in a flash of pink light and then voices her intention to free Avalor from Shuriki. Elena of Avalor is an American computer-animated adventure television series that premiered on Disney Channel on July 22, 2016, and moved to Disney Junior on July 14, 2018. Suddenly, Luna flies in and attacks Shuriki, who chases after her. So Sofia turns herself into a mermaid and dives into the lake. Sofia's Amulet glows and pulls her toward the Jaquins which Sofia takes to mean they can help her. The attack is revealed to be a daydream that Sofia is having. Despite being outnumbered, and the royal guards fleeing like cowards, Shuriki still has her magic, and as Shuriki raises her wand to blast Elena, Esteban grabs Shuriki's wand and tosses it to Elena, who snaps it in two. Another Back in the present, Elena and Naomi decide to lock Shuriki's wand away in the treasury and then head back to the palace together. Elena also looks to her younger sister Isabel, her friends Mateo and Gabe, and a trio of magical flying creatures called jaquins for guidance and support. Sofia comes in and convinces Shuriki to dance the sambarossa with her. Sofia, is a little girl with a commoner's background until her mom marries the King and suddenly she is royalty. After Zuzo vanishes, Sofia does not know how she is going to get Shuriki's wand until Mateo accidentally gives her an idea: To dance with her. Together, they fly back to Mateo's house. Suddenly, Sofia's amulet glows pink and descends. Although not officially part of the popular Disney Princess line yet Princess Elena is an excellent role model for all ages and in each episode of the show has a wonderful storyline great songs and a lesson for girls to learn. Back in the Secret Library, Sofia and Alacazar both review the story Sofia finished. A woman greets her but proves to be of no help when Sofia tells her why she is here.
