I usually go happy hour (M-F;4pm-7pm) when they have a deep menu of both food and drink options. After days of driving past after work I stopped. I actually had a moment of clarity when I wanted to eat more and just knew my body couldnt handle it. I have been here a few times, always busy and a littleGreat atmosphere for a date night or to catch up with friends. I called the restaurant--they were very apologetic and offered to have our correct order delivered by their own employee. While the food and drinks were great, we had a bad experience with the service. We got there just in time to order happy hour drinks. But my first bite proved otherwise. Fairmont offers well-being spa, family or business stays through its meeting rooms. Our delivery arrived about 20 minutes later by the owner himself WITH a complimentary bottle of handpicked Merlot.The Fairmount is awesome, I regret only experincing such great food during a pandemic.
I don't often write updates, but The Fairmount deserves it for how many times I've been there and leaving with great experiences. Server was pleasant, polite & efficient.

The brie cheese gave a nice creaminess and the shallots were a nice touch. On a Tuesday afternoon at around 5:30/6ish we were able to be seated right away.Great happy hour, from 4-7p M-F! The food was great! We drive 3 hours to get here to Cleveland several times a year due to lots of family in the area & we love this place... Hostess was friendly.
